Welcoming all UCR students and faculty seeking a quiet and relaxing environment! With courtesy and transparency as the motto, this lease respects your privacy and personal space. This is the home for you if you want to improve every day and focus on your goals. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. One full-sized bathroom will be shared by the three other rooms with a half-bathroom downstairs. Three amazing, brand-new rooms are available. The biggest room that comes with garage parking will cost $950. The second largest will be $925, followed by $900 for the smallest room. Room photos are ordered from largest to smallest. The rent does not include utilities (solar, water/sewage, security, internet, electric, gas, and waste).

This neighborhood has an HOA and ADT secures the house. Gigabit Internet by AT&T prevents bottlenecks that may interfere with work or leisure activities. The living room has a TV. The house has plenty of storage rooms. Rooms have electronic locks and are lit by bright, 3200 lm torchieres. There is no landscaping in the backyard yet.

The drive to UCR is approximately 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk.
