I am looking for a roommate to fill out this 2/1 duplex apartment in the MiMo area of Miami. Preferably for April 1st. It is 8 minutes away from Wynwood and Edgewater. The apartment is fully furnished and the room too as you can see in the pictures and it is completely renovated. It has a cozy and comfort patio where it has a grill and some chairs to bring guests over, the area is really nice and calm. Unfortunately pets are not permitted. Bills are $75 monthly
