Looking for a responsible female roommate to take over a year lease in a 3-bedroom, 4-bath townhome, with 2 other females, a small dog and 3 cats, I would prefer no additional pets but we can discuss it. It’s an Upstairs room, with 2 closets and your own bathroom. Applicant needs to make $2,000 a month and will need to apply directly through the leasing office. rent is $750 plus utilities to be split 3 ways each month, based on usage, $70-$100 each.
