Furnished apartment in gated community with facilities (pool, gym, clubhouse, dog park), shared parking. The apartment is newly renovated and has two rooms, my room and your room; both with a similar floorpan. It is on a second floor, spacious, both rooms have their own bathroom en suite. The apartment is furnished, not your room.

I am the only other roomie. We will be sharing the common areas like kitchen and living room, each with their own bedroom and bathroom.
