I am renting a large bedroom in my home. Price includes all utilities including WI-FI, electricity, water, gas, sewage, trash, etc. Extra deep and large closet. View of pool and yard with 6 fruit trees! Pool, jacuzzi, bonfire and outdoor bbq to share. Laundry available to use. The bathroom is semi-private. We only use it occasionally and it is not our main bathroom. Private full refrigerator and freezer anvailable to use. Available March 8, 2024. I also have optional furniture for use at no additional charge including a large dresser, TV stand/night stand. I also have decorative or black out curtains to hang if requested. Comes with a private, off-street parking spot. Small pets may be OK depending on type. We have a of couple dogs.

I am a 40 year old female with two kids, an 8 and 10 year old. They are in school and play a lot of sports. They also see their dad twice a week, so they aren’t always home. We also have a couple of dogs. :)
