I am currently looking for two roommates in a four bedroom shared bathroom apartment. just a disclaimer, the deposit will be the same amount of the rent of the room. So if you’re paying 900 the deposit will be 900, if you’re paying 800 then the deposit will be 800. The two rooms that are available, one is for $900 and the other one is for $800. the $900 room is a double door bedroom with nice windows. The second $800 room is upstairs and is a pretty decent size and pleasant view. The apartment is spacious and it has all the amenities you need and is very much newly renovated. i’m looking for two roommates that are clean, respectful, and friendly. A great roommate is someone that takes responsibility after their own chores and rent and keeps the common area clean for everyone that’s sharing the apartment. No parties please. Having friends over is perfectly fine but loud roommates are a no. I am unfortunately allergic to cats. I do love meeting new people, especially people who are motivated, friendly, and just had as good energy. I currently work full-time at nights but I am usually out almost the entire day.
