Rent this fully renovated 1 bedroom in a 2-bedroom townhouse you will have your own bathroom, minutes’ walk to the bus stop to NYC and Rutgers The space You’ll be sharing this amazing townhouse with SAN’s family. Guest access Tennis Court and Pool Access is available throughout the stay. LA Fitness, Walmart, Shoprite, Starbucks etc. are just walkable, plenty of open spaces for your daily walk/run and biking. Other things to note:

• NO PARTIES OR LARGE EVENTS ALLOWED
• $75 fee for lost key -Please clean up bathroom and kitchen after every use. -Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am -Shoes should NOT be used inside the townhome
• For monthly renters the host provides basic items like one roll of each to get you started like toilet paper, kitchen napkins, garbage bags, laundry detergents, shower gel, dishwashing liquid etc. The guest is expected to purchase these from then onwards. -For monthly renters there will be a shared cleaning fee during the stay.
