2-bedroom second-floor condo in the Canyon Creek neighborhood of Richardson, 1 of the two rooms available. 1 mile east of UT Dallas. Across the street from a chic little neighborhood strip of restaurant/shops. The condo is 844 sq ft total, the room is 11’ x 11’ with a large closet. Wood floors throughout and a large window in the room. Spacious living room and large balcony. Galley kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Everything is fully furnished except the room, but I happy to provide a bed with a week’s notice if you need. I would prefer a roommate who keeps their belongings in their room, as the living room, dining nook and kitchen are already full. Any other questions just ask. :)

My name is Talia. I’m a 25-year-old female, and I have two indoor cats (Martin and Walter). I work as a copywriter at an advertising agency. I own the condo and have lived here alone for the last two and a half years, but am back in the office 3 days a week and don’t use the second bedroom as an office anymore. I haven’t had a roommate since I moved from Chicago in ‘21 and miss the company. Hoping to find someone who respects my place, likes my cats, and is easy to get along with. I’m not wild, but not a hermit, and my favorite way to spend the evening is watching movies, playing board games, or grabbing a beer with friends.
