About the room
Hello 👋🏼 My name is Katie and I am looking for someone to rent out my second bedroom/bathroom. I have an in unit washer/dryer, dish washer, porch, and space for storage. You would also get your own parking space. The rent is $700 plus Utilites (usually around $100 or less) It is about 10 minutes away from downtown Vancouver, 15 or less to Portland. There is a ton of shopping/grocery in the area (most within walking distance). We could do a month to month lease or sign on for 6 months-1 year.
About the roomies
A little about me: I am a student at Clark College. My major is BioSciences and Health. I also work in mornings. I am sober and have two sweet, loving boy cats.
