About the room
Hi I am posting because I will be moving out on June 1st and I’m helping the owner find a new tenant. It’s an unfurnished room in a town home. You would have access to the whole place. If you are a smoker the owner only ask that you do it on back patio and not in the house
About the roomies
The owner is male and very laid back. He is only in town 4 days a week so the rest of the time you have the place to yourself.
