Catherine's room

Hi, my name is Catherine! I’m 25 and renting a 2bed, 2bath condo (1,016 sqft) in Leesburg. I’m looking for a communicative, kind, and respectful female roommate to split the $2,150/month rent (each paying ~$1,250 which includes electricity and gas for a 12 month lease). We would share the kitchen and living room but each have our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo is renovated, has an outdoor pool, and is only a 1.5 mile walk from downtown Leesburg with sidewalks the entire way.

I moved to Leesburg a month ago for full-time farming/conservation work. I enjoy birding, crafting, cooking, taking walks, and spending time at home. I’d love to be friends with my roommate! I keep my kitchen and common spaces clean and value the same standards in a roommate. I enjoy occasionally hosting close friends, but I feel most comfortable with a calm home, especially during the work week. I’m thoughtful and easy going, live simply, and hope to share a lovely home with someone.

I have a calm, 5-year-old female cat and she would be the only pet in the condo.
