3rd-story condo with high ceilings and granite countertops. Plenty of storage space. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. I rarely hear or see anyone. The location is phenomenal. It is a short walk or bike down to the lake, and a quick drive to I-405, Redmond, Woodinville, DT Kirkland, Kenmore etc. Totem Lake is about a 5 min drive and has everything you would need grocery and shopping-wise.
I prefer to keep this a no-pet situation, but I might allow for an exceptionally mellow and non-destructive critter.
I do like to cook quite a bit and the kitchen is well outfitted for most cooking needs. There is also some room for some more appliances if you have things to bring with you. There is a good sound system setup and a projector for the occasional movie. I don’t watch a lot of TV so I don’t currently have a TV in the place.
I am open to temporary or long-term arrangements. This spot may be perfect for a traveling nurse or other traveling worker. Primarily I want to find someone who is mellow but also interesting and able to handle themselves in a mature manner and communicate peacefully.
Security deposit is negotiable depending on the length of the stay.
Condo will be shared with me. I am a working professional in my 30s. I travel fairly frequently on weekends and work full-time M-F I am a plant nerd, so you must be okay with excessive amounts of houseplants, and you are welcome to bring your own.
I have a lot of hobbies and I am a bit of nerd so I enjoy nerdy conversations and hangin out, but I am pretty happy just doing my own thing too. I will 100% respect your privacy and we do not have to be best friends! In other words, you are welcome to do your thing and I won’t bug you unless it is causing serious issues.
I like to keep the place looking good and not leave any big messes. I am not neurotic about cleaning and I will not get upset if something gets left out of place for a moment. It may not be a perfect fit if you are super type A and need everything organized all the time. However, I will do my best to be courteous, respectful, and clean and I would hope the same.
