This is a modern basement apartment with spacious bedroom, living room, full bathroom, kitchenette area and private entrance in a safe neighborhood.There are plenty free parking space.It is a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located in minutes from Potomac Mills, Stonebridge shopping center, several restaurants, Sentara hospital, Kaiser Permanente, interstate 95, walking distance from Omni Ride bus stop, 30 miles from Washington DC, 10 miles from Quantico Base, and 15 miles from Fort Belvoir.

Parking

• We have safe, unlimited, and free street parking.

Wi-Fi Access

• A secure, high speed, Wi-Fi is available for renter.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment or property.

Smoking

• Smoking (any kind) is strictly prohibited on the property including the apartment.
• The use of illegal drugs or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited on the property.

Quite hours

• Quite hours 10pm-6am est. During these hours, please reduce noise to prevent disturbances to other people living in the property.

Events and Parties

• Events and/or parties are not allowed on the property including the basement apartment. If special accommodation is needed please discuss with the landlord.

Weapons and Explosives

• Firearms, fireworks, firecrackers, and other explosives are strictly prohibited on the property.

Guest Safety and Security

• The property is monitored 24/7 by security cameras and alarm systems. The security cameras are located outside of the house to monitor the front, backyard, and side of the property.
• Always lock doors, turn off lights, and switch off and unplug appliances before leaving the apartment.

Trash

• Please dispose of garbage in a plastic bag within the black wheeled trash can in the backyard.
• Please dispose any recycle materials in a plastic bag within the green wheeled trash can in the backyard.
• Note, recycling trash is collected early Monday morning and trash is collected early Monday and Thursday by prince William county service authority.
