Cross Streets University and Higley in Mesa. 3 bedroom house with master bedroom to rent. Private master bedroom and bath, living room, and a large shed in the backyard for storage. Shared - Kitchen, 2 car garage, 3rd bedroom, (guest room) can be shared for guests, washer and dryer and backyard. There is a renter in the third bedroom that has a closed off living space (sun room), she uses the guest bath in the hallway and half of the garage. She also has a small older dog.
