Tons of grocery, bussing, and walking options in this area. Direct buses from here to downtown, and from here to the U-District station/ U-village!

This spot is 5 minutes from Ballard, 7 minutes from Fremont, 11 minutes from Downtown Seattle, and 15 minutes drive from U-district.

Living room has a small view of the ocean, Puget Sound, and the bathroom on the main level would be yours only, except for guests.

House has a living room/ kitchen/laundry and parking on site. Rent is $950 (utilities not included) a month due the 1st of every month. Lease is a sublet until September; you would be taking over the lease of the current roommate who is moving out.

To move in: First & last months rent due upon moving in.

We don’t smoke inside the house, we do outside. Clean background and credit check will be needed and will be done through Credit Karma.
