I’m a female professional in my early 30’s, looking for a roommate to share my 3bdrm/2.5 bath house in Westchester! Since there would only be two of us living in the house, you’d have two private rooms to use as you please (for e.x. one as a bedroom and one as an office) as well as your own full bathroom. I also have extra bedroom furniture you could use if interested. The shared living space is fully furnished and the house is equipped with a washer/dryer, central heating/AC, an alarm system, high speed internet and cable television. There’s also a large backyard with a grill, gas fire pit and seating. You’d receive a parking space in the detached garage plus there is ample street parking. The house is conveniently located in West LA, with neighboring areas including Playa Vista, Culver City and El Segundo. The monthly rent is $2,400 which includes all utilities, and there is a refundable $2,400 security deposit. We also request renters insurance which costs around $150 for the year. The lease term is flexible, but I’d prefer someone who is planning on staying more long term rather than just for a few months. The room will be available as of March 15th, but I could also be flexible with an earlier move-in date if necessary. I’m easy-going, respectful and kind, and am looking for someone with similar values. I like to keep the common areas clean, but am not a stickler about it. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors and going on hikes, catching up on TV shows and movies, and spending time with friends.
