3 bedroom 2 bath house to split with someone. You have your own room (on 2nd floor), bathroom (on first floor)and living space. Shared kitchen and laundry room (2nd floor). Parking available for tenant only. Large house, carpets recently shampooed and fresh paint on walls, landlord good and constantly making updates/improvements. You will be subletting a month to month from me.

I’m a single woman, no kids or pets, works during day, keep to myself at night. Mostly in my room or making meals. 420 friendly and fairly easy to get along with. Be clean, neat, respectful of my things and no loud parties or long term guests.
