This property is located in peaceful Artesia at the end of a residential cul-de-sac. Within a 10 minute drive are several grocery stores, parks, gyms, restaurants, movie theaters, Cerritos College, and the popular Cerritos Mall.

The house itself is a one story with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One fully furnished bedroom is up for rent with a shared bathroom and optional provided linens. Public areas include the inviting living room, spacious dining room, stocked kitchen, open sun room, storage area/garage, and the beautiful yard with garden space as well as avocado, lemon, and peach trees.

The bedroom will be rented to qualifying individuals for $1000 per month on a one year lease. Utilities (including water, electric, gas, trash, gardener, and internet) are provided and paid for by owner excluding bi-weekly professional house cleaning which will be provided for the shared spaces but optional and cost $25 per bedroom. One cat and no other pets may be allowed as one cat will already be living in the house.

We are two roommates 25M and 24F looking for a third roommate. I have a separate bathroom from the girls. We’re both nerdy and slightly introverted but get along with most people as long as they’re kind and polite. I’m a maintenance safety supervisor and she’s a CNA studying to be a nurse. I own a 5 month old kitten named parsnip.
