This is a room in the Airbnb house. Four rooms total share the common space and the kitchen. Two rooms with the private bathrooms, two rooms have one shared bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, so we expect our guests to be courteous to each other. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. No parties. No smoking inside the house (only on the backyard). No pets.
