currently unavailable A professional’s sanctuary: with queen bed and down comforter (linen duvet which is why it’s wrinkly); walk-in closet; tv, streaming, remote; full bath; bidet; linens and towels; well-appointed kitchen; dishwasher (washer/ dryer; all soaps supplied, bulbs, TP, household cleaners; electric mower, weed-eater, and blower; three raised beds; a dozen blueberry bushes that feed us most of July; gas grill; fenced yard; I keep a black-out curtain if you need it. See two pics to see difference. The $1000 is if you do yard and mow with a self-propelled electric mower or $1200 if you don’t care for anything but your room, bathroom, laundry, and dishes. If I’m going to pay I thought I’d give my roomie first dibs. As long as I don’t have to remind… I had hand surgery and it’s my right hand which is hard for this piano player and difficult at times with overuse which I do as a woodworker, gardener, and cook.

I’m a teacher which is why I need a housemate. I love animals, being outside, art, history and news. I like to grill in the summer. The school year means less grilling because I’m usually tired. The family: Finnegan, an Australian Shepherd and Scout, a Pitt mix, and Nigel a grumpy tuxedo cat who has stated no more felines, etc. I love critters but my pups take my free time. Plus I can be an introvert. I need to recharge after a day with students. The deck with the best cushioned furniture ever and fans is super chill anytime! and every time!
