Looking for a 3rd roommate to share 3BD/2BA apartment in North Hills Apartment.

You would rent the middle room which has a closet with sliding mirror doors. The bath would be only yours and is located outside of the bedroom. You will also have half the closet in the hallway for yourself so there is plenty of cabinet & drawer space for you! The bedroom is not furnished, however, all other shared areas of the unit are. Utilities are not included but we split water/power, gas & wifi three ways.

The apartment complex is fairly new and it has great features including: gated garage and designated parking spot, elevator, small balcony, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, central A/C and heat. Everyone in our building is pretty good about not being too noisy or loud and is an overall safe and quiet apartment building.

The two occupants are a male and female between 30-34 so a person between that age range is preferred. We are both super chill, laid back and just ask to be respectful of the common areas. We tend to spend most of our time outside the apartment but work from home a few days a week. We’re looking for one person to fill the room (no couples and/or pets)
