I am a Christian, single mom with 2 younger kids who go to school daily. Our home is newly built, we are very clean, and like our environment kept clean as well. Non smoking, no pets as we like to maintain the home. I work from home weekdays and usually am always home. I am peaceful, quiet and very down to earth. I just want someone that will help me pay bills and not give me any drama. Utilities are included as long as the person uses them within reason, internet and subscribed services available too as part of your rent. Washer and dryer in home and should be used with care as well as kitchen and common areas.
I want someone clean, down to earth, no smoking, no pets. As I have kids I cannot have anyone with excessive company or friends. I need someone who will maintain the home with me and keep their environment clean and my home as it is.
