Hello! We’re looking for someone with a strong outgoing personality and high level of responsibility, honesty, and independence to take over our roommate leases. A good memory and nursing/medical experience is a huge plus!

The lady you would be living with, if you accept, is partly disabled and needs help around the house. She has 4 cats. Smoking is only allowed outside and she prefers that no harsh artificial chemical sprays or scents be used in the house due to her medical issues. She is friendly and an LGBTQ+ ally! 🏳️‍🌈😊

We are seeking replacements due partly to differing lifestyles that were not apparent upon moving in initially, and partly because of our jobs and other issues unrelated to and outside of our living arrangement. We agreed to find replacements for us before we moved out, so we are holding to our word. Expected move-in would be April 1st or close to it.

You would need to provide ID for her to run a background check once you have talked to her, and will need to pay the deposit and possibly last month’s rent upon moving in. Though you may be able to work out a payment arrangement with her. Please be aware there are security cameras inside and outside the property.

Bills include: water, electric, gas, and internet. Average monthly bills are about $450, which will be divided between roommates.
