I live in a 2b2b townhome/apartment with my girlfriend just a block south of the South Rec Center at UA. The rent is $800 per bedroom, separate leases, so perfect for anyone wanting a nice place to live with a roommate.
Parking is free, not assigned but spots guaranteed. Lots of storage space, kitchen space for college students, and a sizeable living space. (For reference the bed is a queen size.
Laundry is on location, not in the unit though.
The lease ends the last day of July.
