The room has a queen size bed, side table, dresser, TV and a spacious closet. The room even has enough space for a desk if you are a student or work from home. The room is right on the left at the entry of the house. Shared access to the rest of the house, dining room, kitchen etc., front and back yard, patio, and more. Common areas include stainless steel appliances along with a full-size washer and dryer, The house is very clean and spacious. This location is just a short 5minute drive from Gruene small town and 10-15 min. from downtown New Braunfels, about 10-minute drive to HEB Plus, Buc-ee’s, shopping center, movie theater, to the river. It’s a great location.

This is a NON SMOKING HOUSE. You will have one bedroom furnished with queen size bed. You will share the bathroom, IF we rent a second bedroom, so you will share the cleaning responsibilities with her/him. Rent includes all the bills and internet, so the price isn’t negotiable. VERY IMPORTANT, All roommates are expected to well done clean up the common area after use, especially the kitchen. Visitors are not allowed. Must have a job and references.
