About the room
Hello everyone, I rent a 4-bed/2 bath home, and I am looking for a housemate to rent other two bedrooms and private bathroom.
Cost: $875 for TWO rooms plus private bathroom. (Utilities will be split evenly)
Located in Sylvan Hills next to Perkerson Park. Available for move-in: March 1st No gender preference. Roommate needs to be non-smoking in the house, keep shared space clean, and not have frequent parties.
Additional Info: I have one sweet tortoiseshell cat. It could be possible for one more cat. However, landlord does not allow dogs.
Has washer/dryer in a laundry area next to the kitchen. The bedrooms are unfurnished. I have the living room and dining room furniture.
About the roomies
I am 27 years old, graduated from Georgia State University, and I work M-F in the fitness industry. My interests are attending live sports, working out, playing golf, traveling, etc.
