Super tranquil former Airbnb “Superhost” room available 4 longer term stays…looking 4 someone w a decent job who is also drama-free. Last hill at the north end of Missionary Ridge, on a secret mountain loop that looks like a dead-end street. Only 5 very cool neighbors, mountain views, walking distance from East Chatt shopping district, two firepits, miles of protected woods out back, zero crime on our hill, + 15 min from anywhere u wanna be. Fully furnished, comfy sheets, locked storage downstairs, dj equipment in living room. No kids or couples bc it’s not that big + tryin 2 preserve the tranquility. 3 sleepovers a week max ok but plzz take abrasive conversation into the woods. Pets are a maybe since I have a cat, who ur guaranteed to love 2 pieces. I need someone who follows the golden rule when it comes to wiping down kitchen + bathroom surfaces after using them, and sets a two hour alarm on their phone if they leave a dish soaking in the sink. Anything left after that might be soaking in a tub in front of your door, w the understanding that there’s no hard feelings…just need to be able to use the sink + continue keeping critters at bay w/o unnecessary friction.

The laundry room now contains tattoo gear (will give u free tats if u pay rent on the 1st), and jic u were programmed like I was to be afraid of what u don’t understand, I read tarot cards to communicate w my guardian angels…the vibes here are very positive tho + I’m trying to keep em that way. I have a clean record + excellent karma from lots of overseas missionary work + running a pitbull rescue in ATL for years. Plz don’t waste your time if you have a history of: saying one thing + doing another, always being in dramatic situations, mixing random chemicals inside yourself, getting wasted (no liquor bc it invites possession + not tryna deal w that), shouting into ur phone, or not paying your bills on time.

I’ll only require a bg check if you’re trying to stay longer than a few months, and only if you don’t have a job that requires one. I’m looking 4 sum1 who is super chill + doesn’t have a dark cloud hanging over their heads. Bonus points if u like bonfires, growing/chopping veggies, deep conversation, + making yt videos and/or music. Plz gimme a shout if u know of sum1 who fits this description :)
