I’m looking for someone who cleans up behind themselves, isn’t into chemicals or alcohol, has a reliable income stream, and pets are a maybe since I have a cat. Utilities + internet are included in the price.

I’m a superhost on Airbnb who decided to rent the place out off the app by the month. It’s the last hill at the north end of Missionary Ridge, on a secret mountain loop that looks like a dead-end street. Super tranquil w 5 cool neighbors, mountain views, walking distance from East Chatt shopping district, two firepits, 50 acres of protected woods out back, zero crime on our hill, + 15 min from anywhere u wanna be. Fully furnished, some storage downstairs, and the vibes are absolutely magical.

No kids or couples bc it’s not that big + I’m tryin to preserve the tranquility. 2-3 sleepovers a week max ok but have been in situations where a ton of random people were in my place all the time + that’s not what I’m looking for. Pets are a maybe since I have a cat, who ur guaranteed to love 2 pieces. She’s pretty alpha with other cats but ok with dogs if they don’t have a prey drive.

I need someone who follows the golden rule when it comes to wiping down kitchen + bathroom surfaces after using them, and actually washes it if they leave a dish soaking in the sink. I need to be able to use the sink + continue keeping critters at bay w/o having to constantly remind someone or do it myself. Rent is due on the first bc that’s when my rent is due, and after that you can rent by the week or night.. I’d prefer you don’t bring your own bed/couches, + plz no more than a few small pieces of furniture.

The laundry room is also a tattoo room that I hardly ever use, + will ink you up for next to nothing iyw. I have excellent karma from lots of overseas missionary work + running a pitbull rescue in ATL for years, and can show you my 200ish glowing reviews on the Rover petsitting platform and a few other apps upon request. Plz don’t waste your time if you have a history of saying one thing + doing another, dramatic situations, chemicals, getting wasted (zero liquor plz), shouting into ur phone, or not paying your bills on time.
