Yard: Mid-sized shared front and back yard. Utilities: Shared utilities ~$60/mo. Move-in: 3/1 highly preferred, but can be flexible for the right person/couple Parking: Street parking available, there is always room on the street, or you can use the fenced-in space in the backyard. Absolutely no bigotry is tolerated at our home. The folks who live downstairs are great communicators and very kind and respectful (1NB, 1M, 1F). There is an option to participate in a cooperative as part of this lease (but not required). Everyone at the house shares the front and backyards, the washer and dryer, the grill, compost, garden boxes, etc. and there is a tiny house on wheels in the backyard that can currently be used for a workspace, music studio, or spare bedroom for everyone at the house.
