Rebecca's room

Gorgeous townhouse in Murrieta, located just off Murrieta Hot Springs Road. It is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home. Large open layout kitchen, living and dining room. Downstairs is hardwood flooring while upstairs is fully carpeted. All three bedrooms are upstairs, small loft in front of the bedrooms. Laundry room upstairs with extra hallway linen/cleaning supply cabinets. The two rooms for rent are each 1000$ and share a large bathroom with tub/shower combo. One of the two bedrooms has a walk-in closet, the other does not (just regular closet). Utilities will be split between all residents each month. Home is located across the street from dog park and pool.

The house is occupied by myself, a 24 year old female and my very friendly dogs. I am a full time student majoring in biomedical science and neuroscience, I work as a server and as a nanny. I also volunteer with animal rescues so I’m a bit obsessed with pups. I am originally from Germany and moved to the area 3 years ago. My three dogs are very sweet and friendly with other adults, children and dogs. They are high energy dogs a Belgian malinois, an Australian cattledog and a tripod (special needs) German shepherd. They are super loving and will welcome you into our family instantly! My last roommate became very close with them and would often spend her off days on the couch watching tv and cuddling them all day. When I’m gonna they are always crated unless you chose to let them out to hang out, but are never obligated! I am the type of roommate to cook for everyone, to go get you meds if you’re sick or too give random gifts. It’s not necessary to be friends but I would definitely prefer a friendly environment, where we hang out in the couch and watch tv together or cook dinner. I’m excited to meet you!
