About the room
1b/1b for rent in a 2b/2b. I am in search of a female interested in a lease takeover looking for move in ASAP due to abrupt adjustments in my personal life. The rent is 1,550 per tenant! The lease ends October 16th 2024 (8 months). Utilities usually range between 75-150 per month for WiFi, trash, electricity. The unit is on the 20th floor, with floor to ceiling 12ft windows all throughout the rooms. From the room, both the sunrise and the sunset are visible.
The unit has in-unit washer and dryer, as well as high end fridge, stove, dishwasher & microwave. I have lived in the unit for a year and a half, with no complaints! Management is quite useful and maintenance takes less than 24 hours to respond to claims. Parking is free unless you want a reserved spot. Nest AC works well in the unit for both heating & cooling. Our unit also has a beautiful balcony where you can see much of Buckhead and other sky scrapers in the distance - if you really squint you can see Kennesaw. Each of the rooms have a ceiling fan. There is also a trash shoot on each floor, not too far from the apartment.
The building has multiple units for residents including swimming pool, rooftop lounge, play room, dog park, business centre and fitness centre.
The bedroom has a walk in closet, quite large for a two bedroom/ two bathroom. I am able to fit a queen bed, desk and a few other accessories comfortably.

About the roomies
There is currently one other female girl living in the unit. She works remote, but keeps to herself most of the time. She is also keen to find a replacement so would be happy to get along with others instead of moving into an alternative living space
