Roxanne's room

I am looking to rent a partially furnished bedroom in my home. Utilities are included except the electric will be split 50/50. There is laundry in the basement. You must be okay with a cat and that the shower is a cast iron soaking tub with a telephone handle grip. There is no smoking on the property of anything and no overnight guests

I am a 50 year old woman that lives with one cat. I am quiet and keep to myself.
