Room available May 1, with en suite bathroom. House is in East-West Asheville, convenient location walkable to Carrier Park, Haywood Rd, minutes from RAD, ABTech, Mission Hospital, Downtown, 240, etc.

This room is for one person, apprx 10x13. Includes utilities: electric, city bill (water, sewage, maintenance, trash/recycling), city compost, lawn care, central heat and AC, wifi. One off-street parking spot, laundry, use of kitchen stocked with dishes/cookware, and use of sitting areas.

Rent is $950 Month-to-Month, meaning no long term commitment, but welcome to stay as long as you’d like if it fits well.

This space is for someone 35 or above, who works full time out of the home, with a consistent day time schedule. Good communication, honest, responsible, cleans up after themself, on the quiet side. Rare guests as it is a small house.

Room has ceiling fan, HVAC return (filter provided), and working bathroom exhaust fan.

Due to allergies this is a home without incense, scented candles, chemical colognes/perfumes, etc. Best to use natural based cleaners, detergents, etc. No fabric softener or dryer sheets, please, as it is shared laundry and those leave residues. Dryer balls are cool. House is mold/mildew free.

LGBTQIA and ND friendly. No MAGA fans, please.

There is an awesome older neighbor cat who comes and goes as he pleases in the warmer months, and sometimes stays when his person is out of town. Otherwise, I’m sorry no other animals allowed at this time.
