Pine Valley Drive

There are technically THREE available rooms in this house. The first pictures included are for mine ($950 all utilities included): a huge room with a bay window and private entrance- which would be unfurnished, but I can also talk about selling some of the furniture if you want it. The other two rooms ($850 and 750/all) are off the main hallway: the one is significantly smaller with one window, but both have closets.

The house has a big backyard and front yard + an industrial size washer and dryer. It is in a great location– a few houses in from the main road (so not noisy) with access to Aldi/Trader Joes/Whole Foods all about a 5 minute drive, downtown Wilmington about 10 minutes northwest, and the beaches about 15-25 minutes either direction. Pretty residential area, and near some biking paths.

We are looking for mature, professional housemates who are clean and tidy, don’t bring the party home (though we do host bonfires occasionally), and are respectful and communicative. We like to socialise but also work from home, so the house is our sanctuary. Dogs are welcome on case by case basis. The owner is mainly looking for women. You would be living with the homeowner, 36 yr old female, (potentially others if/when the other rooms get filled) and the sweetest Swiss dog. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, though you’d only share the fridge with potentially one other person. The bedroom advertised with the big bay window and its own entrance is on the opposite end of the house from the other rooms, off of the kitchen. I am looking to have someone take over my lease, but am also open to a long term sublet potentially.
