About the bedroom: • Private room is located downstairs with a closet. This room has 1 full dody window/door and hardwood floors. It’s a spacious room that fits a queen bed and desk, maybe more not sure. You have your own bathroom downstairs. • Utilities are included until a certain point with a room with an onsite dryer, washer, and internet access. • You will have full access to the kitchen with supplies for cooking, cabinets/closets for storage, and a patio • Parking: Inside the townhouse negotiable or Street Parking • NO SMOKING allowed.

Rent information: 1300$/month with $1300 deposit refundable upon ending of the lease. You will need the ability to show proof of income. Utilities are included which includes internet, gas, water, electricity (until a certain point), and garbage.
