Month to month leasing but your willing to stay however long as long as things are going good, The room is located on the third floor of my townhouse, the room includes a California kind size bed with remote, 70 inch TV, walk in closet, walk in shower and garden tub, fridge and microwave, so pretty much your own apartment to yourself up top. Washer dryer available and of course the kitchen area is available to use as well

Me myself I work 5 to 6 days 12 hrs so I’m hardly home being that I rotate between day and night shift. There is two females that rent the two rooms on the second floor, my home is very quiet and peaceful, I would love to keep it that way
