Privates furnished room with a view of the mountains. You’ll have your own bathroom sink, counter and cabinets. We will share the upstairs bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in unit. You’ll have kitchen privileges but please clean up after yourself. Patio outside has BBQ and chairs to relax or cook if you’d like.

I’m a semi retired teacher who works part time. I’m quiet and laid back but do like to socialize with my roommate if they want to. No pressure here. I’ll respect your privacy and will expect the same from you. I have a cat so must like cats.
