You will have your room with an attached bathroom, shared Kitchen and living room. Car garage as well. No lease agreements required but need 1 month notice before move out. The available room rent is $750 with a bed and night stand + utilities ( gas, water, high speed internet). Location is very near to Walgreens , Gas station, Target, Aldi, Dollar shop, Hy-vee and Indian grocery with restaurant facilities. Photos can be shared on request.
