This is an unfurnished private room and bathroom in a large apartment with shared living spaces. The apartment includes dishwasher, washer/dryer. Community includes swimming pool, tennis count, fitness center and more. I’m looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease with prior to 2/29/24. All bills will be split in half. Female roommates preferred. No couples. No pets.

I’m a young mom who works a lot during the week but typically home when not at work. I’m very responsible and appreciate a clean living space. I love hiking, learning and cooking in my free time. I’m pretty laid back, typically a bit quiet/introverted until I get to know you. My child lives with me full time.
