Our humble home, adorned with a majestic Oak Tree, grassy front and back yard, garden space, and a quiet street awaits new inhabitants to breathe life into its walls. Now, the opportunity arises for a couple to join our journey. With a spacious, private room awaiting, move-in is open now, offering a seamless transition into our sweet home. Shared spaces are kitchen, living room and bathroom. The rent is $900 for the room, with utilities averaging around $60 per month per person. Our lease runs until October, granting the chance to settle in before deciding on a long-term commitment, if you choose to resign. We are looking for new housemates because our previous beloved housemates purchased a house of their own!
