Erica's room

Located in Ocean Springs, MS. It’s close to pretty much everything as it’s in St. Martin area. Private room, bathroom, and outside balcony all to yourself. The room is keyed (from the inside), for added security.

I have lived here 6 years. I’ve had a few roommates that have come and go during this time. I’m a very single mom living with my very old dog named Deuce, 2 cats that despise being indoors (only come in to snack or if it’s cold), and my teenaged daughter that only stays on weekends. This will be a sublet situation, so no other animals will be permitted on premises. I do welcome children, but prefer couples not apply nor any person that uses recreational drugs. I live drug free and don’t want any of that around me or my child. Price does not include lawn care during spring/summer months. (This is $50/month)
