House in Cottage Lake Woodinville. 15 min away from UW Bothell (without traffic, but traffic that direction tends to be fairly light in the am). Total for the house is $2,400 and the current lease is through Aug. The lease can be ammended to be longer or extended starting in Sept. Your half of rent would be $1,200. Utilities are seperate (water, garbage, internet, power, yard)

3br, 1ba with a bonus room. The bonus room is currently a rec room and the extra bedroom is an office. I have an extra desk that can be used by whoever moves in. Office, living room, kitchen, dining room and rec room are all shared space. Large back yard, front yard and fire pit. Preference is no pets due to allergies but willing to consider on a case by case basis.

Former roommate moved in with her BF and we parted on good terms and are still close friends. She’s happy to speak to what it is like living here.
