It was completely renovated in 2023: newly painted walls, new flooring, new windows, new bathroom fixtures, new kitchen fixtures/appliances, washer & dryer, two redwood decks and a storage shed. It’s located on a corner lot next to a green area on a quiet street. There is a Corvallis Transit System bus stop at the entrance to Knoll Terrace.

I am a 22-year-old female OSU junior majoring in Pre-Teaching. I’ll be in Corvallis mid June and looking for summer work. I will be attending OSU in the fall of 2024. I enjoy cooking, cross country running, and have a dog, so no pets please.
