We will be looking to sublet the back suite in our beautiful home netsled in a bamboo forest in Aptos. (Freedom Blvd) Room will be available Mid February. UTILITIES INCLUDED!!! Deposit equal to rent of room.

1. $1500 for the back suite with private bathroom (15x13 or 254 sqft) with (10x5 or 50 sqft) private bathroom included! The home has 32 acres of hiking trails and beautiful ponds and a waterfall. It also has a huge koi pond in the front of the main house. The home is completely fenced around for privacy. We have designated parking spaces Ideally we are looking for people in their mid 30s (like us) or older who are working professionals with provable and stable income. We are a no drug, no party household but we are 420 friendly. We have one doggie named Cletus who is amazing.

A little bit about us: Nathan and I have been together for 11 years and going strong! I am 35 and work at Seascape and Red Apple Cafe. Nathan is 35 and works for Davey Trees doing utility line clearances for PGE. We both are up and out of the house at 6am Monday-Friday… I work weekends as well. We have a 4 year old doggie named Cletus who is a big goof ball and stays in our room when we are not home. Nathan doesnt drink but I indulge in a glass of wine here and there. I make jewelry, read and do yoga in my free time and nathan loves woodworking and leather working. We shared the master. Dave is 37 works in aptos at the seascape market and at el palomar and we have known him for years. A great guy! He rents the smaller room at the front if the house. Michelle is, 27, super mature and an absolute sweetheart. She works with children for a living and works at a cafe as well and she rents the middle room.
