I’m looking for a roommate. Rent is $870 + utilities.

Includes a furnished bedroom, private bathroom, access to a gym, pool, multiple lakes and walking trails on the property in a gated community. Located right off the bay on the edge of Naples and Bonita just off of 41. This is a “family condo” and belongs to my uncle who lives up north, however, I’ve grown up with this condo being my “hangout” since high school and my residence since post-college. Due to a separation, I’m in a position where I need to find a roommate to make ends meet.

I am a Christian female, Naples native who works with a local non-profit. I have a dog currently living in the home, but I’ve been given a deadline (sadly) for him to be out by. I play guitar, drums, uke, and sing but not much in the condo due to the HOA being strict on noise. I work a lot and I keep to myself but I’m up for conversation as well!
