Hi, I am a female looking for a clean, quiet roommate to replace my current roommate who is moving out at the end of the month. The lease isn’t up until the end of October (26th) and I’m hoping to find a good fit who will stay until that time and even possibly renew.

The Apartment: Has a washer and dryer in the unit. A dishwasher, garbage disposal etc. The complex has a gym, 2 pools and a hot-tub as well as an indoor basketball court and “club” house- all of which you will have access to. Your room is completely unfurnished and yours to do with as you see fit. However, the rest of the house is already furnished and decorated and I do ask that any future roommate not try and decorate or re-arrange the common areas. But you are more than welcome to use anything in those spaces :)

Please note that smoking on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Me: I’m a 30 yr old female who works outside the home M-F. I enjoy reading, hiking and good food. I am clean and orderly and I value a peaceful, happy home.

You: Gainfully employed or a student who is able to pay your share of the bills. Clean, kind and responsible. We don’t have to be BFF’s, but I always appreciate a friendly roommate.

Bills: Rent is $800; this includes water, sewer, and garbage. PGE is always split in half and ranges between $50-$125(in winter) per person.

In order to be added to the lease you will need to be able to pass a background check and provide proof of income.

Lastly I have already paid the deposit on the apartment and I ask that a $600 deposit be paid to me upon move-in. This deposit is 100% refundable unless you move out before the end of the lease in which case I will deduct a $50 “cleaning fee” to clean your room in preparation for another roommate.
