Mamak's room

A very bright furnished room in a 4 bed-2 bath single home. The bathroom is shared with my daughter. You can use kitchen for light cooking, laundry room, backyard, sitting and dinning room. The neighborhood is very safe, clean and quiet with walking distance to a shopping center. We are looking for a female who is employed or student. No smoking of any kind, no overnight guest, no pet. $50 for utilities that includes electricity, water, gas, garbage, and high speed internet. We have Netflix too.

A family lives here. We prefer someone responsible and caring. We have a dog, so no more pet please.
