I’m very laid back single guy. Very easy to get along with. I’m 42, I work from home , and have a 5 year old Weimaraner.. she’s with me wherever I go, so don’t worry about her being in the house without me..she’s very nice. You will appreciate the great value for the money. The best neighborhood. Restaurants and bars are a couple blocks away. Come check it out.
