• 2 Rooms available ** $700** or both for 1,300

• Own Room/ Own Bathroom

• I will not be using your bathroom. I have my own in my room

• Mandatory Contract

• 2500sq ft house with 10 acres of land.

• I set the house up to have two living room type areas. That way nobody feels obligated to stay in their rooms and spend more time in common areas without feeling cramped.

• Our rooms are at opposite ends of the house. Which makes this feel more like your space.

• Front porch

• Back porch

• Parking spots for all plus guests.

• Convenient Location.

• All amenities in house (laundry/mudroom).

• Small projects still being done (landscaping, future 3rd bathroom renovation, screened in porch).

Qualifications

• Communication skills. When things or issues arise, we can discuss them in a civilized manner.

• Cleanliness, trust, and organization, especially in common areas and bathrooms.

• Honesty even if the conversations are difficult to have.

• It is most important to me that this is a home for you, a place to feel welcomed, safe, and at peace.

• Respect of space, time, possessions, and emotions.

• Gender makes no difference, nor does sexual orientation, race, or religion.

• I have three dogs that are well trained and behaved around babies, kids, adults, other dogs etc. I also have chickens =]
