Hi.

I have a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house and I am looking to rent a private room (key locked) to a man or woman who has a full-time job (Mon-Fri type, daytime hours), with a car, and pays rent on time. Non smoker. No pets. No kids. I’m 24 years old, and the other tenant is 25.

It is a very casual home. You can come and go when you want (nobody cares), just be considerate, and clean up after yourself. There will be a total of 3 people living here (one per room).

The bathroom will be shared. Utilities will be split evenly. Room features a walk in closet, and washer/dryer is in the home. You’ll have access to all common areas (fridge space, living room, dishwasher, etc) just be considerate. The room is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, and chest. I’m a 24 year old man, my girlfriend comes to visit some weekends or I go over to hers. We mostly keep to ourselves. The other tenant is a 25 year old woman and is very clean and tidy, spends time going to the gym and cooking. Whether you’re a man or woman looking for a room, the expectation is that this is purely professional and solely a living arrangement.
