-Kitchen has a large refrigerator, a new stove, a portable dishwasher, a microwave, and a pantry area.

-2.5 car garage so you will have a space in the garage to park.

-Good sized backyard with mature trees.

-Property is in a low crime area near a school. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful.

I am the homeowner and will be your roommate. I am a 32 year old single female that works as an occupational therapist in a school district. I have a dog, a cat, and a gecko. I am more of a homebody and when I get together with people I am more likely to go to their place or go out and about. Every now and again I will have some people over but generally you don’t have to worry about me having guests all the time. I fall in the middle of the clean/messy spectrum. I generally pick up after myself but I do not expect the place to be immaculate constantly. My dog has a history of more mild separation anxiety…she usually is pretty good but every now and again she will have a day where she barks for a bit after I leave. My cat is very friendly and social. Some of my hobbies include arts and crafts, gardening, camping, watching movies, and going to local festivals or beer gardens.
